How to train with the Apple Watch
The Freeletics Apple Watch app allows you to start, complete and finish your training without you having to touch your iPhone. Your iPhone, should however, be in range at all time. Make sure you have the latest version of the App installed.
The Apple Watch app is supported on watchOS 8 and higher, on Apple Watch Series 3 and later, Apple Watch Ultra and Ultra 2, and Apple Watch SE.
To install the Apple watch App:

Open the “Watch” app on your phone

Find the Freeletics app listed and tap “install”

The Freeletics app will appear on your Apple Watch, ready for action
To train with the Apple Watch:
- Open your activity from your phone and tap "start"
- The countdown will start and from that point, use your watch to go through your workout
What is not supported:

HR monitoring, live calorie counting or other biometrics in the Freeletics app

Track your run without your phone at all OR not having the phone is “connection” distance

Standalone app functionality (no need of the phone at all)
