The Strava integration, allows you to seamlessly incorporate your Strava activities into the Freeletics app.
Key Features
-
- Strava activities will count towards your Daily Athlete Score consistency metric and your Base
- You can track rides and runs using Strava without the need for additional wearables
Integration Requirements
-
- Latest versions of both Freeletics and Strava apps
- Only activities recorded after enabling the sync will be included
- Strava activities must be set to "public" for a successful synchronization
Enabling the Integration
-
- Open Freeletics app
- Navigate to Profile → Settings → Connections
- Toggle the Strava switch on
- Authenticate with Strava credentials
Managing the Integration
To disable the integration from Freeletics
-
- Go to Profile → Settings → Connections
- Toggle off the Strava switch
- Choose between keeping or deleting your past synced data
Note:
-
- Disabling the integration from Strava directly will result in the removal of all synced data from Freeletics, hence affect your metrics.
- Removing past data from the Freeletics app will also affect Base and Consistency scores, and impact streaks and DAS Consistency.
- To prevent duplicate entries, enable only one integration at a time (e.g., Apple Watch or Strava)
- Integration is active from the day of enablement; previous activities won't sync
- Only public activities in Strava will be synced
