Log an exercise, workout or run outside of your Training Journey
It is possible to add log any of the exercises, workouts or runs available in the app to your training history manually.
How to add a workout that you wish to complete in this moment

- Go to the current day in your Coach tab
- Click on “Explore all”
- Select the exercise, workout or run you want to add to your training
- If adding an exercise or workout select the number of repetitions if applicable
- Click on “Start”
- Complete the exercise, workout or run you selected
- Give the appropriate feedback if needed
- Tap on “Complete workout” and “Finish”

How to add a workout that you completed in the past

- Go to the current day in your Coach tab
- Click on “Explore all”
- Select the exercise, workout or run that you completed and want to log
- If adding an exercise or workout select the number of repetitions you completed
- Tap on the “plus” icon in the top right corner of your screen
- Select the appropriate date & time and duration
- Give appropriate Coach Feedback
- If wanted add a comment and/or picture to your training
- Tap on “Complete workout” and then “Finish”

Please note that any training that you log outside of your Training Journey, will not count as part of that Training Journey, so it will not count as a Coach session or towards your Perfect Week streak.
