Perfect weeks and Perfect week streaks explained

The Coach will award you various badges for maintaining a consistent training routine.

For completing all your scheduled training sessions in the same week the Coach will award you a "Perfect week". Your "Perfect week" badge will always show the total number of times that you have been awarded this badge.

When you complete perfect weeks consecutively, you can earn "Perfect Week Streak" badges. These badges can be awarded for completing a perfect week consecutively 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 10, 15, 20, 40, 80 and 100 times.

Your perfect week streak will be interrupted if you do not train the number of Coach sessions that were set in your Coach sessions at the beginning of each week.

Coach weeks begin on Monday at 00:00:00 and end on Sunday at 23:59:59
