Update your newsletter preferences

You can change your newsletter preferences any time in the Freeletics app or on our website. If you wish to set up your Weekly Training Update Statistics, you need to enable or disable the "Health and Fitness Tips option". Please find instructions on how to do this below.

In the app:

1. Go to your profile in the Freeletics Training app
2. Select the Settings icon
3. Scroll down and select "Privacy"
4. Tap on “Emails”
5. Select the toggle to activate or deactivate your choice of newsletter topics

Please note: You will not receive an extra confirmation email.

On our website:

1. Log in to the Freeletics our website
2. Click on the profile icon in the top right corner
3. Locate the “Privacy” section
4. Select or deselect the checkboxes next to “Email preferences” to update your newsletter subscription
