Reset your password

If you forgot your password or you would like to change it for any reason, just follow the steps below to get your new password.

Request a new password

If you forgot your password, you can request a new password on the login page of any of your Freeletics apps (Training or Nutrition) or on the website. Open the app or the login page of the website and follow these steps:

1. 1. Tap on “Forgot password”
   2. Enter your Freeletics email address
   3. Check your email for your new password

Please be patient while waiting for your email to arrive. If you haven’t received the email in a reasonable amount of time, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot locate the email, please contact us via our contact form.

Change your current password

 If you want to change your password, follow these steps:

1. 1. Login to our website with your Freeletics email address
   2. Navigate to your settings
   3. Locate “Password” in the “Account” section and click on “Save” once you have entered your new password.
