Change your Coach focus in Nutrition
There are three options you can choose for your Coach focus: “Lose Weight”, “Gain Mass” and “Eat Healthy”.
You can change your Coach focus at any time in your profile settings.
To do this, follow these steps:

- Touch the 3 bars in the top left-hand corner of your screen
- Select “Settings"
- Select “Coach”
- Select “Coach Focus”
- Choose your new focus
