For every meal, the Coach proposes up to three recipes out of which you can choose one. The Coach Tip highlights which recipe might be best suited for you, based on your food preferences and goals.
You always have the possibility of choosing a meal which is not included in the three suggestions. Just scroll down, click on “Add a recipe” and choose an alternative. This will lead you to a list of suitable substitutes, defined by your Coach.
To help you make your choice, you can use the filters at the top of the page. You can filter the alternative recipe choices in many ways, such as time, taste and difficulty.
