Add an exercise snack to your Coach day

If you complete a training during the day, you can add this to your Coach day.

On a training day your body burns more energy. After adding a training to your Coach day you will get an extra snack suggestion to replenish your energy level and avoid post-workout cravings. The extra snack will also help your muscles to recover faster.

To add your training to your Coach day, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Coach
  2. Select the “Runner Icon” in the upper right hand corner
  3. Choose the type of training (Endurance, Strength or Team Sport)
  4. Select the “Duration”
  5. Choose the training duration and click “Done”
  6. Select the check mark in the upper right hand corner 

You will find your exercise snack in the section “After your Workout” at the bottom of your meal plan.
