If you complete a training during the day, you can add this to your Coach day.
On a training day your body burns more energy. After adding a training to your Coach day you will get an extra snack suggestion to replenish your energy level and avoid post-workout cravings. The extra snack will also help your muscles to recover faster.
To add your training to your Coach day, follow these steps:
- Go to your Coach
- Select the “Runner Icon” in the upper right hand corner
- Choose the type of training (Endurance, Strength or Team Sport)
- Select the “Duration”
- Choose the training duration and click “Done”
- Select the check mark in the upper right hand corner
You will find your exercise snack in the section “After your Workout” at the bottom of your meal plan.
