Manage your Freeletics Network

Your Freeletics Training Feed gives you the opportunity to follow other Free Athletes in our community. Connect with other Free Athletes to stay motivated and to share the challenges and successes in your Freeletics journey together.

Navigate this page to learn how to follow/unfollow Free Athletes in your network, remove followers, as well as set your account to private.

To follow a Free Athlete:

1. 1.  Go to your “Profile” and select “Followers”
   2.  Select the “Discover” tab
   3.  You can find other Free Athletes by searching for their Freeletics username, via your contact list, or via your Facebook account
   4.  Click on the “+” next to their name to add them

Please note: if an Athlete’s profile is set to private, they will have to approve your request to follow them.

To unfollow a Free Athlete:

1. 1. Go to your “Profile” and select “Followers”
   2. Select the “Following” tab
   3. Deselect the “checkmark” next to their name.

Follow limit

Every Free Athlete has the ability to follow up to 5,000 other Free Athletes. This limit is in place to prevent stress on our system as well as potential abuse. Please note that follow limits are technically set system-wide, and these settings cannot be removed or adjusted. If you wish to follow other Free Athletes, and you’ve reached the follow limit, you must unfollow some Free Athletes you’re currently following. Remove a follower

1. 1. Go to your “Profile” and select “Followers”
   2. Locate the Athlete you wish remove from your followers list
   3. Tap on the three dots icon on the far right and select “Remove Follower”

Privacy Settings

You can control who sees your feed by setting your account to “Private Account”. This will enable only Free Athletes who you approve to have access to your feed. You can change this setting at any time directly in your app. Just follow these steps:

1. 1. Select your “Profile” icon in your app
   2. Click the settings icon in the top right corner of the screen
   3. Scroll down and select “Privacy” from the list
   4. Select the “Private Account” toggle to activate or deactivate this function

The setting you choose will be updated immediately.
