How to redeem a voucher
Our discount coupons can only be used for purchases from our website.
It is not possible to purchase a new subscription or to redeem a discount voucher while your current one is still active. If you have an active subscription, the first thing you should do is cancel the renewal of your current subscription. To find out how to cancel your subscription, visit this Help Center Article.
Once the current period has expired, you will be able to purchase a new subscription with the discount voucher you have. To do this, follow the steps below:

- Login to your account on the Freeletics website
- Choose the subscription type and renewal period that you wish to purchase. We currently offer: Training subscription, Nutrition subscription, Training and Nutrition Bundle
- Enter the voucher code in the “Got a coupon?" box on the Checkout page. After you add the code, you will see an immediate price reduction
Please note that the subscription will automatically renew at the conclusion of your initial subscription period at the full price. If you do not wish to continue with your Coach subscription, follow this link to cancel your subscription prior it’s renewal.
