After an initial subscription purchase
If you purchased a Training & Nutrition bundle in the past 14 days, and wish to cancel only one of these coaches, we will have to cancel and refund the whole bundle. You will then be able to subscribe again for the coach of your choice. To do so, please contact the Freeletics support before the end of the 14 days.
For purchases made through the Apple App Store, please contact the Apple Support to get a refund and cancel the subscription.
After the renewal of an active subscription
After a renewal, it is only possible to cancel your subscription and wait until the current subscription period has ended. You can then purchase your preferred Coach subscription.
