For Training & Nutrition Bundle purchases it is not possible to cancel or refund only one of these Coach subscriptions. You will need to request a refund or cancel the entire package.
All of your progress and training data will still be available in your Freeletics account so you can continue where you left off.
If you are not satisfied with one of your Coaches within the first 14 days of your purchase, contact Freeletics support for a full refund of the Bundle. Once your refund has been processed, you can purchase your preferred Coach subscription.
For purchases made through the iTunes, please contact the Apple Support to get a refund and cancel the subscription.
After 14 days of your purchase, it is only possible to cancel your subscription and wait until the current subscription period has ended. You can then purchase your preferred Coach subscription.
