Manage your Coach subscription
Check subscription status
To check your subscription status log in to the Freeletics website and go to your subscription overview. Here you will be able to see the payment method you used to purchase your subscription and the next automatic renewal date.
If you purchased via the website you can cancel the renewal or extend your subscription if you have already cancelled the automatic renewal.
If you purchased via Apple's App Store or the Google Play Store it is only possible to manage your subscription via the respective app store.
Change your subscription or payment information
Purchase via website:
In order to change your subscription type, for example move from Training & Nutrition to the Training Coach only, you simply need to cancel your current subscription and buy a new subscription once your cancelled one expires.
If you wish to change the length of your subscription renewal period, for example pay yearly instead of every 3 months, you should cancel your current subscription renewal and then immediately click on the option to “Extend subscription”. You will be prompted to choose a new payment schedule and also to enter new payment details.
To change your card payment details on our website please follow the below steps:
- Log in to your account on our website
- Select “Plan”
- Click on “Update payment details”
- Complete the required changes to your card details and save
Purchase via App:
If you purchased your Coach from Apple's App Store, please visit Apple’s “View, change, or cancel your subscriptions” page.
If you purchased your Coach in the Google Play Store, follow these Google instructions.
