Cancelling your subscription does not initiate the refund process. Please contact our Customer Support via this contact form, providing the email address linked to the Freeletics account your query is regarding and wait for confirmation of your refund being processed. Please be aware this may take up to a few days.
Due to Data Privacy Laws, we will not be able to process your request if you write to us from a different email address.
Please do not delete your Freeletics account before the refund has been completed since it might delay the process.
