I have purchased a subscription, why it is not showing in my application?
Purchase from our website
When you made your purchase, you will have received a payment confirmation. Use the login method linked to your Freeletics account (Apple ID; Google Single Sign On; Facebook login; Email & password combination) in order to access your subscription.
Purchase made on the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store
Please be sure to use the correct login method (Apple ID; Google Single Sign On; Facebook login; Email & password combination). Then, click on the “Profile” tab > “Settings” (cog symbol in the upper right corner) > “Subscriptions” > “Restore purchased subscription”.
In case you receive an error message, please log out of your account and log back in and repeat the process.
