The Freeletics Mindset Coach focuses on teaching and guiding you toward making smart choices about both your physical and mental health. The Coach will provide you with audio episodes from our continuously expanding library giving you in-depth knowledge about exercise, sleep, mindfulness, and more. Each episode will be anywhere from 5 to 25 minutes of audio coaching and will include a short summary afterwards to wrap up the listened content. In this category, you will find guided meditation sessions focused on teaching you how to train your mind and become more familiar with it. Improve your mental performance by using the box breathing technique, learning how to identify emotions and deal with stress, as well as checking in with your body after a workout.
