Comeback Week

If you haven’t trained with Freeletics for more than 10 days, the Coach will offer you the option of a Comeback Week. This is a modified Coach Week with the same settings, but lower in intensity which allows you to ease back into your training and prevent injury. Once you complete your Comeback Week, you will be able to continue your Training Journey right where you left off.

If you’ve taken a longer break from Freeletics Training and feel that your Comeback Week doesn’t match your current fitness level, you can always Reset your Coach.
