Freeletics Gym is a demanding training system. Your Gym Coach week should include an appropriate number of training days and rest days to ensure effective progress and adequate recovery. Even if you are an experienced gym athlete, who is used to training 5 or 6 days per week, it is recommended to start Freeletics Gym with 3 or 4 training days and gradually build up over time.
You can choose between 2 and 5 training days per Coach week. Here are a couple of examples for how you can structure your training week:

You can change your number of training days directly in the app at any time. To do this, follow these steps:
- Select the profile icon.
- Tap on the settings icon and then on Coach.
- Select training days, then adjust the number of days to fit your preference.
