If you’ve taken a break or feel your fitness level has changed, you have the option to redo your Athlete Assessment directly in your Gym app.
Here’s how it works:
- Log in to your Gym App and tap on your Profile icon
- Select “Settings” in the upper right corner
- Scroll down and tap on “Redo Athlete Assessment”
Your Gym Coach weight suggestions will change immediately. Please note, the Athlete Assessment is not designed to accurately predict the exact weight you should use; the weight suggestions are only guidelines.
Please adjust the weight you are using to a level you feel comfortable using. Over time your Gym Coach will adjust the training plan according to your recent performance and your personal goals.
To go back to week 1 in your Gym Coach, you will need to reset your Gym Coach.
