Add or delete a performance
You have the option to manually add or delete a performance in the Freeletics Training app.
Add a performance
You can add a Coach assigned workout following the steps below:
- Go to the Coach tab
- Select the Workout, Interval, Run or Exercise you want to add
- Tap on the “plus” icon in the top right corner of your screen
- Select the appropriate Date & Time and Duration (if asked for)
- Give appropriate Coach Feedback
- Add a comment and/or picture to your training
- Tap on the “checkmark” icon in the top right corner of your screen to save
You can also add any additional training following the steps below:
- Go to the Explore tab
- Select the Workout, Exercise, or Run you want to add
- Select the number of repetitions you completed
- Tap on the “plus” icon in the top right corner of your screen
- Select the appropriate Date & Time and Duration
- Give appropriate Coach Feedback
- Add a comment and/or picture to your training
- Tap on the “checkmark” icon in the top right corner of your screen to save
After you have added your performance it is possible to edit the training spot, comment or photo by tapping on the edit icon on the top right corner of your screen.
Delete a performance
You can delete a performance directly in the Training app in your profile.
- Go to your profile
- Tap on “WORKOUTS” and navigate to the "RECENTS" tab
- Select the training you want to delete
- Tap on the edit icon on the right top corner
- Select Delete Workout
- Confirm delete
