Add, edit, or delete a performance in your Bodyweight app

If you need to add, edit, or delete a Bodyweight performance, we’ve got you covered. Just choose the action you wish below to get started.

To add a performance 

You can add a performance directly in the Bodyweight app in your Coach Week or in the Free Training section.

In your Coach Week:

  1. Select the Coach Workout, Interval, or Exercise you want to add
  2. Tap on the “plus” icon in the top right corner of your screen
  3. Select the appropriate Date & Time and Duration (if asked for)
  4. Give appropriate Coach Feedback
  5. Add a comment and/or picture to your training
  6. Tap on the “checkmark” icon in the top right corner of your screen to save

In your Free Training section:

  1. Select the Coach Workout, Exercise, or Run you want to add
  2. Select the number of repetitions you completed
  3. Tap on the “plus” icon in the top right corner of your screen
  4. Select the appropriate Date & Time and Duration
  5. Give appropriate Coach Feedback
  6. Add a comment and/or picture to your training
  7. Tap on the “checkmark” icon in the top right corner of your screen to save

To edit a performance

You can edit a performance directly in the Bodyweight app in your profile.

  1. Go to your profile
  2. Tap on “WORKOUTS” and navigate to the RECENTS tab
  3. Select the training you want to edit
  4. Tap on the edit icon on the top right corner of your screen
  5. Select Edit
  6. Edit your comment and/or picture then save your changes

Note: If you wish to change the date, time, duration, or repetitions completed in your training, you will need to first delete the training and add it again in your app.

To delete a performance

You can delete a performance directly in the Bodyweight app in your profile.

  1. Go to your profile
  2. Tap on “WORKOUTS” and navigate to the RECENTS tab
  3. Select the training you want to delete
  4. Tap on the edit icon on the right top corner
  5. Select Delete Workout
  6. Confirm delete
