Combine Freeletics with other sports/training activities

With Freeletics, you improve your strength, endurance, coordination, mobility and speed: capabilities that are tested in many different kinds of sport. Many people have already succeeded in improving their performance in other sports through Freeletics.

If, however, you are just starting out with Freeletics, make sure that you don’t start just before a major competition or a similar event. The initial muscle soreness could put you out of action for several days.
