If you took a long break from training or if your fitness level has changed, you can start over again by resetting your Bodyweight Coach within the app. This will restart your training plan from week one, while allowing you to keep all your points and the level you have attained.
Here’s how it works:
- Log in to your Bodyweight App and tap on the “Coach” icon
- Select “You”
- Scroll down and click on “Reset all Coach weeks”
- Select “Delete” to go back to week one
Please note that once deleting all the Coach weeks, you won’t be able to reverse this action.
You will be asked to redo your Athlete Assessment. This means that your Coach will generate your next training weeks solely on the basis of your current fitness level without considering any factors from the past.
