  • Athlete Profile
  • Coach Week
  • Coach Focus

Athlete Assessment

The Athlete Assessment is an indication of your initial level of fitness before starting your first week of training. After the Athlete Assessment, your Coach will provide you with an optimized training plan, tailored to your needs and the goals you have set for yourself. Note that you will not get any Coach weeks without first completing the Athlete Assessment.

You can redo your Athlete Assessment anytime in the app but remember that this will end your current week and start a new Coach week.

Athlete Profile

It’s important for your Coach to know your height, weight, and date of birth. This information is crucial for the Coach to create your individualized training plan. In addition, you can tell the Coach which skills you’re able to perform. Whenever any of these personal details change, make sure you edit your Athlete Profile in the settings to keep your Coach up to date.

Coach Week

Based on your Athlete Assessment and the number of days you wish to train per week, your Coach will provide you with a weekly training plan.

One Coach Week consists of the training your Coach expects you to do in one week. However, Coach Weeks are technically independent from calendar weeks. So, for example, you could complete one Coach Week across two calendar weeks, if this works better for your schedule. This allows you to adapt your training routine to your schedule and take breaks when necessary.

To get the most out of your training, consistently follow your Coach plan. At the end of every training week, the Coach will take into account your performance and feedback to optimize your training plan for the following week.

Note that switching earlier or later into the next Coach Week will not affect the length of your subscription.

Coach Focus

Your Bodyweight Coach offers three different focuses: Cardio, Strength, and Cardio & Strength. Which Coach Focus you choose depends on your personal training goals. Your Coach will use the Coach Focus to assist in planning your Coach Weeks.
