Your app on your Android device says "No internet connection"

If your Freeletics Android app displays “no connection” in all sections, check if your internet connection is stable enough and if you are using the latest version. If the problem is still occurring, please logout and in again in your app. This will establish a new data exchange and should solve the issue. However, if this did not help, please contact customer support.
